Today we move on to other food courses (Jodi approves that we basically started with ice cream). This is a pretty old t-shirt that I think dates from the early 80s. I've painted something in this shirt but appear to have been pretty neat about it, at least in terms of the shirt.

The Secret Message Game

Each month a portion of a secret message will appear, revealed one letter at a time. Other than those letters, the only clues are (1) limericks and (2) doubles. September's letters did not appear clearly on all browsers, so here they are again:

If the letters appearing during a particular month are:

the trick is to figure out a mapping that reveals the message. In this case the mapping is B=A, C=B, D=C, E=D, etc. up to A=Z so that the message is

DAN IS COOL

The double P in the coded version of the message will be part of a bigger puzzle that will help answer a question at the end of the year.
