Following the dog-sitting Island theme here's an excellent shirt from St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. Once again I've not been to this island but I was in possession of a dog whose owners were there. WOOF!!

The Secret Message Game

Each month a portion of a secret message will appear, revealed one letter at a time. Other than those letters, the only clues are (1) limericks and (2) doubles. September's letters did not appear clearly on all browsers, so here they are again:

the trick is to figure out a mapping that reveals the message. In this case the mapping is B=A, C=B, D=C, E=D, etc. up to A=Z so that the message is

DAN IS COOL

The double P in the coded version of the message will be part of a bigger puzzle that will help answer a question at the end of the year.
