Here is another addition to the ice cream shop shirt collection. This is one Jodi got for me from Abbotts in Naples, FL where they serve up some excellent frozen custard. Mmmmm... frozen custard...

The Secret Message Game

Each month a portion of a secret message will appear, revealed one letter at a time. Other than those letters, the only clues are (1) limericks and (2) doubles. September's letters did not appear clearly on all browsers, so here they are again:

If the letters appearing during a particular month are:

EBOJTDPPM

the trick is to figure out a mapping that reveals the message. In this case the mapping is B=A, C=B, D=C, E=D, etc. up to A=Z so that the message is

DAN IS COOL

The double P in the coded version of the message will be part of a bigger puzzle that will help answer a question at the end of the year.
